Flax and Berry Breakfast Blast
1/4 cup Organic Flax Seed Cereal 1/2 cup 2% or Skim Vitamin D Fortified Organic Milk 1/4 cup frozen organic strawberries 1/4 cup frozen organic blueberries 1/4 cup frozen organic raspberries or blackberries 1/3 cup fresh organic pineapple 1/2 fresh banana 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Blend milk, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries, pineapple, banana, & Greek yogurt to a creamy consistency. Pour flax seed cereal into a bowl, mix with the berry blend and enjoy!
